Funjet / Apple Vacations GroupEase

The package desk that starts smallest. GroupEase is built for five rooms and up; a traditional contracted group starts at ten.

  • GroupEase: 5-room minimum. Each guest books their own package at live rates through the Apple Vacations reservations team. Inventory and rates are not locked.
  • The GroupEase column publishes up to $225 off with a promo code for the group, on top of other hotel offers. That figure can change.
  • Traditional contracted groups: 10 rooms or more, locked pricing, and an initial deposit the page lists as starting at $100 per room (it varies by hotel and group size).
  • Both paths can add excursions, transfers, and airfare. Funjet has run group packages since 1974, including reunions, weddings, and celebrations.

Before you count on it. A limited-time Caribbean group credit on the same page had a contract window through July 31, 2026. Do not count on expired credits — read the live offer.

Sandals Group Specials

Adults-only all-inclusive groups. The page headlines a 5-room deposit, a seasonal free-room credit at 6 or 10 rooms, and a percent-off for contracted groups of 10 or more.

  • 5 or more rooms: contracted-group deposit starting at $1,000 per group for 5–25 rooms, with higher deposits as the block grows. Select resorts and dates, 3-night minimum, blackout dates.
  • Free room credit: 1 complimentary room credit for every 6 paid rooms on travel September 1–December 20 (2026, 2027, or 2028), or for every 10 paid rooms on travel January 2–August 31. Maximum of 5 credits. Credit value uses the lowest room rate and shortest stay.
  • 10 or more rooms: 13% or 15% off current group room rates at select resorts and dates. The terms checked October 2, 2026 tie that reduction to a booking window of June 15–September 14, 2026.

Before you count on it. The percent-off is not an always-on rate. Overwater rooms and several named categories are excluded. Confirm the open window on the Sandals page before you quote 13% or 15% to the group.

Beaches Group Specials

The family all-inclusive version of the Sandals group sheet: same deposit and free-room structure, plus kid-friendly resorts and a few group types of their own.

  • 5 or more rooms: deposit starting at $1,000 per group for 5–25 rooms at Beaches resorts, on contracted groups. The Beaches terms list this booking window as open from January 2, 2025 onward, with blackout dates and a 3-night minimum.
  • Free room credit follows the same 6-room (September 1–December 20) and 10-room (January 2–August 31) travel split, max 5 credits. Many suite categories at Negril and Turks & Caicos are excluded.
  • 10 or more rooms: 13% off at select resorts, and 15% off at exclusively select Treasure Beach Village rooms, inside the published contract window (terms listed June 15–September 14, 2026).
  • Separate published extras: dive groups from 10 rooms, and a mother-and-daughter group package from 10 rooms (portrait, picnic, and dinner, with location at the hotel’s discretion).

Before you count on it. Treat the percentage the same way as Sandals — date-locked, category-locked, and easy to misquote after the booking window closes.

Hyatt Inclusive Collection — Social Stays That Pay

Hyatt’s all-inclusive social-group offer, published on the Secrets Resorts site. The free-room ratio changes with the season. This is not their meetings-and-incentives contract.

  • Low season: 6-room minimum, every 6th room free (max 4) and a free upgrade on the same cadence.
  • Mid season: 8-room minimum, every 8th room free (max 4).
  • High season: 10-room minimum, every 10th room free (max 3).
  • Impression by Secrets, Zoëtry, and Secrets Moxché: 10-room minimum in every season, every 15th room free (max 3).
  • Also published: private check-in, 20% off spa services and 10% off spa products, a cocktail hour and a group coordinator at 10 rooms or more, and a welcome amenity for the group leader.
  • Book by and travel by December 20, 2027. Groups of 9 rooms or fewer must be reported 45 days out; 10 or more, 60 days out.

Before you count on it. If your dates cross two seasons, Hyatt uses the peak arrival day. Holiday blackouts apply and vary by resort. Meetings and incentives groups are not eligible.
