What we hold onto

Four or More collects what you type into the quote form and the interest form: name, email, optional phone, party size, dates, departure city or airport, destination, trip type, a program name if you picked one, and any note you add.

On this version those submissions are written to the server log and, if a webhook URL is configured in the environment, forwarded to that URL. There is no separate database and no automatic email. Do not send payment card numbers. We do not need them, and we do not want them.

Analytics loads only when a Google measurement ID is set in the environment. If it is empty, no analytics script is added.

Gear links go to Amazon. An Associates tag is added only when one is configured. Sandals and Beaches links stay on the official group-specials pages until a CJ tracking URL is configured. Airline and hotel group desks are direct. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
