Expedia Groups

A hotel bidding desk, not a package. Useful once you actually need nine rooms, which is more than most families and just right for weddings, teams, and reunions.

  • The groups site describes assistance from 9 to 999 guests.
  • Lowest-group-rate guarantee applies when reserving 9 rooms per night or more at a hotel of equal or greater quality.
  • Expedia publishes a “save up to 30%” claim measured against hotel standard published rates. That comparison is theirs.
  • You pay the hotel. Free rooms for a coordinator depend on the hotel and the required group size.

Before you count on it. Under 9 rooms, this desk is the wrong tool. Eight rooms is still a normal multi-room booking.

  • Book and confirm up to 25 guest rooms online.
  • More than 25 rooms: contact the hotel or submit a pricing request.
  • Hilton’s groups page also points planners to help with booking 10 or more rooms, including teams, reunions, and training days.

Before you count on it. No blanket discount is published on the groups page. You are reserving a block, not unlocking a secret percent.
